基于兴趣度匹配的应急物资采购策略研究

摘要 在物流运输环境异常、跨区域运力不足的情况下,传统应急物流中以生存为第一要义的物资采购策略难以同时满足交付的个性化需求和时效性要求。文章中提出了一种基于兴趣度匹配的应急物资采购策略,将本地库存货物的兴趣度设定为二维向量,通过分析货物新鲜度,采购价格,运输代价及时间等影响因子得到预计时间兴趣度与预计代价兴趣度的计算方法,并利用BP神经网络进行兴趣度的融合,最终按照兴趣偏转量和对应的匹配原则为采购方选出最佳物资。实验结果表明了兴趣度算法的有效性和采购策略的可行性。 In the case of abnormal logistics transportation environment and insufficient cross regional transportation capacity,the traditional emergency logistics material procurement strategy that prioritizes survival is difficult to meet both personalized delivery needs and timeliness requirements.The article proposes an emergency material procurement strategy based on interest matching,which sets the interest of local inventory goods as a two-dimensional vector.By analyzing factors such as freshness of goods,purchase price,transportation cost,and time,the calculation method of expected time interest and expected cost interest is obtained.BP neural network is used to fuse the interest.Finally,the best materials are selected for the purchaser based on the deviation of interest and corresponding matching principles.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the interest algorithm and the feasibility of the procurement strategy.
