碳排放约束下长江经济带物流业效率评价

摘要 高质量发展是当前我国经济社会发展的主题,而物流业作为社会经济发展的重要组成部分,其传统的高耗低效模式已经无法满足物流业高质量发展的要求。为了探究物流业的高质量发展,文章借助SBM-Undesirable模型和Global Malmquist指数模型,对长江经济带11个省市的物流业效率进行静态和动态分析。研究发现:长江经济带物流业整体效率不高,区域差距较大,在空间上呈阶梯状分布格局;同时长江经济带物流业全要素生产率以年均4.5%的速度增长,影响其变动的主要因素是技术进步。在此基础上提出:加大资金投入,发展低碳技术;发挥“龙头效应”,推进协同发展等对策建议。 High-quality development is the current theme of China's economic and social development,and the logistics industry,as an important part of social and economic development,its traditional high-consumption and low-efficiency model has been unable to meet the requirements of high-quality development of the logistics industry.In order to explore the high-quality development of the logistics industry,this paper analyzes the efficiency of the logistics industry in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt statically and dynamically with the help of the SBM-Undesirable model and the Global-Malmquist index model.It is found that:The overall efficiency of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not high,the regional gap is large,and there is a stepped distribution pattern in space;meanwhile,the total factor productivity of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt grows at an average annual rate of 4.5%,and the main factor affecting its change is technological progress.On this basis,it puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing capital investment and developing low-carbon technology,giving full play to the"leading effect"and promoting synergistic development.
