摘要
西部陆海新通道串联起了“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”,是我国构建新发展格局的重要战略通道。广西具有“沿海、沿江、沿边”的独特区位优势,是西部陆海新通道的重要开放门户。文章基于广西视角,聚焦西部陆海新通道物流能力问题,对其现状及存在短板进行分析,借鉴四川经验,提出加快大能力运输通道建设、提升运输组织模式、活跃通道物流经济、打造北部湾现代化城市群四个对策建议,为广西更好服务新通道发展提供一定参考。
The new western land-sea corridor connects"the Silk Road Economic Belt"and"the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road",and is an important strategic channel for China to build a new development pattern.Guangxi has the unique location advantage of"coastal,riverside and border",and is an important open gateway of the new western land-sea corridor.Based on the perspective of Guangxi,this paper focuses on the logistics capability of the new western land-sea corridor,analyzes the current situation and shortcomings,draws on the experience of Sichuan,and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:speeding up the construction of large-capacity transport channel,improving the mode of transport organization,activating the logistics economy of the channel,and building a modern city cluster in Beibu Gulf,so as to provide certain references for Guangxi to better serve the development of the new corridor.
