Research on the Risk Prevention Mechanism of Agricultural Product E-Commerce Supply Chain in the Context of Two-Way Embedding of Rural Revitalization and Poverty Alleviation

农产品电商是乡村振兴和巩固脱贫的重要动力之一,而其供应链的风险防范是关键保障。基于此,文章首先对农产品电商供应链风险成因进行了深入分析,并以此作为研究方向展开探讨。其次,从信息交流、物流网络、质量安全、产品成本等多个方面通过数据具体分析了农产品电商供应链存在的各类风险。最后,根据发现的风险问题提出了改进建议,包括加强主体信息交换、优化物流选择、遵循质量标准规范生产以及减少沿途损耗,并通过具体案例论证了这些措施的可行性,为促进农产品电商供应链健康发展提供了参考方向。

Agricultural product e-commerce serves as a crucial driver for rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,with risk prevention in its supply chain serving as a pivotal guarantee.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the underlying factors contributing to supply chain risks in agricultural product e-commerce and investigates this area as a potential avenue for further research.Second,the risks associated with the agricultural product e-commerce supply chain are comprehensively analyzed by considering multiple dimensions,including information exchange,logistics network,quality and safety,as well as product cost.Finally,based on the identified risk issues,recommendations for improvement are proposed.These include enhancing the exchange of subject information,optimizing logistics selection processes,adhering to quality standards in production,and minimizing losses throughout the supply chain.The feasibility of these measures is demonstrated through specific case studies,providing valuable insights for promoting the sustainable development of agricultural product e-commerce supply chain.
