摘要
井下绿色智能辅助运输系统既是煤矿井下用工量最大的作业环节,又是煤矿智能化建设的重要组成部分。我国传统的辅助运输系统效率低下、自动化程度低、达不到绿色环保的要求,阻碍了绿色智能辅助运输系统的发展。为早日实现煤矿智能辅助运输的目标,提出了一种连续化无人化智能辅助运输系统,并对矿井防爆电动无轨胶轮车进行了研究。同时,对绿色智能井下辅助运输系统和煤矿运输管理进行了详细说明,并构建了电镀控制系统辅助运输智能大数据平台,通过深入研究和试验,逐步建立适合煤矿特殊条件和无人采矿作业的规范。
The underground green intelligent auxiliary transportation system is not only the largest operation link in coal mines,but also an important component of the intelligent construction in coal mines.The traditional auxiliary transportation system in our country has low efficiency,low level of automation,and cannot meet the requirements of green environmental protection,which hinders the development of green intelligent auxiliary transportation systems.In order to achieve the goal of intelligent auxiliary transportation system in the coal mine as soon as possible,a continuous unmanned intelligent auxiliary transportation system was proposed,and the research on mine explosion-proof electric trackless rubber-tyred vehicle was carried out.At the same time,the green intelligent underground auxiliary transportation system and the coal mine transportation management were studied in detail.The intelligent big data platform of auxiliary transportation of electroplating control system was constructed,and the in-depth research and test were carried out,so as to gradually establish the specification suitable for the special conditions of coal mine and the unmanned mining operation.
