摘要
大型直联提升机电动机转子与提升机主轴一体,气隙不均会造成不平衡磁拉力变大,造成电动机振动、发热、提升机轴承加速损坏、闸盘偏摆等不良影响。研究了气隙与不平衡磁拉力的关系,分析了气隙不均的原因,提出了提升机在初始安装时定子、转子安装调整方法及预留气隙的方案,给出了在运行中发现提升机电动机气隙不均后的调整方法。
The rotor of the large direct-connected hoist motor and the main shaft of the hoist were integrated,and the uneven air gap could cause an increase of the unbalanced magnetic tensile force,resulting in adverse effects such as motor vibration and heating,accelerated damage of the hoist bearing,and deflection of the brake disc.As a result,the relationship between the air gap and the unbalanced magnetic tensile force was studied,and the causes of uneven air gap were analyzed.Then,the adjustment method of the installation of stators and rotors and the scheme of reserved air gap were put forward when the hoist was initially installed.In addition,the adjustment method after the uneven air gap of the hoist motor found in operation was given.
