摘要
某钼矿来矿品位波动大,液位、充气量等关键变量主要由人工观察现场泡沫状态进行调控,精矿产品指标不稳定。介绍了浮选智能控制系统的组成、特点,以及主要控制策略。在关键作业点安装泡沫图像分析仪,结合现场原有的PID控制,采用智能控制算法,在泡沫流速、预精选精矿品位、粗选作业回收率3各方面开展人工操作和浮选智能协同控制的对比研究。采用智能协同控制系统后,智能控制的稳定性提高了76.4%,预选钼精矿品位提高了1.42个百分点,钼粗选作业回收率提高了2.43个百分点。
The ore grade of a molybdenum mine fluctuated greatly.The key variables such as liquid level and aeration volume were mainly controlled by manual observation of the foam state on site,and the concentrate product index was unstable.The composition,characteristics and main control strategies of the intelligent control system for flotation were introduced in this paper.Then,the foam image analyzer was installed at the key operating points.At the same time,combined with the original PID control on site,the intelligent control algorithm was adopted to carry out the comparative study between the manual operation and the intelligent cooperative control for flotation in three aspects of foam flow rate,concentrate grade in preconcentration and recovery rate in the roughing operation.After the intelligent cooperative control system was adopted,the stability of the intelligent control was increased by 76.4%,the grade of the preselected molybdenum concentrate was increased by 1.42 percentage points,and the recovery rate of the molybdenum roughing operation was increased by 2.43 percentage points.
