建设高效、统一的档案信息化管理平台,为用户提供智能化、专业化的基层档案服务,有利于提升基层档案服务质量和服务水平。基层档案室档案信息化建设存在多种问题,表现为:一是档案信息化建设基础软硬件设施差,建设水平参差不齐;二是轻视档案信息化管理工作,创新管理思想意识薄弱;三是复合型人才不足,信息化业务水平不高。为此,需要加强基础设施建设,完善档案信息化实施基础;强化档案信息化管理理念,制定档案信息化建设规划;加强业务能力培训,构建复合型档案信息化专业管理团队。

Building an efficient and unified archival information management platform to provide users with intelligent and professional grass-roots archival services is conducive to improving the quality and level of grass-roots archival services.There are various problems in the informatization construction of grass-roots archives that are manifested as poor basic hardware and software facilities for archives informatization construction and uneven construction levels,underestimated archives informatization management and weak awareness of innovative management,and insufficient composite talents as well as low level of informatization business.It is necessary to strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the implementation foundation of archives informatization,strengthen the concept of archives informatization management and formulate plans for archives informatization construction,reinforce business capability training and build a composite professional archives informatization management team.
