新时代“两新”组织党的建设的价值、实践与路径——以T市为例

Value,Practice,and Path of Party Building of"Two New"Organizations in the New Era:Take City T as An Example

新时代加强“两新”组织党的建设既是巩固党的执政基础、加强党的组织体系建设的内在要求,也是促进“两新”组织良性发展的迫切需要,更是构建基层社会治理新格局的必然选择。T市通过强化“两新”组织党建引领、推进党组织规范化标准化建设、打造专业化党建工作骨干力量等方式,营造“两新”组织正确健康发展的良好氛围,有效提升“两新”组织党建质量。然而,T市“两新”组织党的建设还存在党组织覆盖不够有效、党组织作用发挥不够有力、党建工作机制仍需完善等问题。基于此,应充分发挥“两新”组织党组织的政治功能、组织功能、服务功能,整体提升“两新”组织党建质效,深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程。

Strengthening the Party building of the"twonew"organizations(new economic organizations and new social organizations)in the new era is not only the internal requirement of consolidating the Party's ruling foundation and strengthening its organizational system construction but also the urgent need to promote the healthy development of the"two new"organizations.It is also the inevitable choice to build a new pattern of social governance at the grassroots level.City T creates a good atmosphere for the healthy development of the"twonew"organizations by strengthening the guidance of the Party building of the"two new"organizations,promoting the standardization of Party organizations,and creating the backbone of professional Party building work,effectively improving the quality of Party building of the"two new"organizations.However,there are still problems in the Party building of the e"twonew"organizations in City T,such as insufficient coverage of the Party organizations,insufficient play of the role of the Party organizations,and the working mechanism of the Party building still needs to be improved.Therefore,we should give full play to the political function,organizational function and service function of the Party organizations of the"twonew"organizations,improve thequality yand effectiveness of the Party building of the"two new"organizations,and further promote the great project of Party building in the new era.
