膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌伴局部肉瘤样分化1例

Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of bladder with local sarcomatoid differentiation:a case report

膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌(SCNECB)是相对罕见的膀胱癌变体,SCNECB伴有肉瘤样分化的尿路上皮癌亦是不常见的组织学变异,临床极罕见。且因其分化程度低,浸润和进展速度快,预后情况较差,缺乏明确的治疗方案。本文报道了1例膀胱SCNECB并伴有局部肉瘤样分化的患者,结合相关文献分析其临床表现、病理形态、免疫表型、治疗效果及预后情况,以提高临床医师对该病的诊治。

Small Cell Neuroendorcine Carcinoma of the Bladder(SCNECB)is a relatively rare variant of bladder cancer,and SCNECB with sarcomatoid differentiation of uroyjelial carcinoma is also an uncommon histologic variant,which is extremely rare in clinical practice.Moreover,due to its low differentiation,rapid infiltration and progression,it has a poor prognosis and lacks a clear treatment protocol.In this article,This paper report a case of SCNECB of the bladder with localized sarcomatoid differentiation,and analyze its clinical manifestations,pathological morphology,immunophenotype,therapeutic efficacy,and prognosis in the light of the relevant literature,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by clinicians.
