摘要
在充放电使用过程中由于受到温度场差异、自放电率差异的影响,以及电池组中容量低的电池更容易过充电,欠充电或过放电的影响,铅酸蓄电池组中个别落后电池老化严重,继而加速整个电池组的老化,缩短整组电池的寿命。针对这种问题,开发了一种可实现单体电池主动均衡充电功能的充电系统。该系统具有隔离恒压限流充电电路的功能。系统中的电池单体检测单元可对电池的电压、内阻、温度等进行实时的监测。根据监测结果,系统可实现单体电池主动均衡充电,从而消除电池组中单体间的不一致性,延长电池组的使用寿命。
In the process of charging and discharging,due to the difference in temperature field,the difference in self-discharge rate,and the low capacity battery in the battery pack are more likely to overcharge,undercharge or overdischarge,some weak cells in the lead-acid battery age seriously,and then accelerate the aging of the whole battery pack,shorten the life of the whole battery.To solve this problem,to develop a kind of can realize monomer battery charging system which has the function of the active equalization charging.The system has the function of isolating constant-voltage charging current limiting circuit.The cell detection unit in the system can monitor the voltage,internal resistance and temperature of the battery in real time.According to the monitoring results,the system can realize the active balanced charging of the single battery,so as to eliminate the inconsistency between the cells in the battery pack and extend the service life of the battery pack.
