基于品管圈的医学检验技术专业本科毕业论文实训模式的构建

Construction of Practical Training Mode of Graduation Thesis of Medical Laboratory Technology Major based on Quality Control Circle

目的以品管圈活动方式构建医学检验技术本科专业毕业论文实训模式。方法规范建立教学品管圈,并确定“毕业论文实训模式在医学检验技术本科专业的构建”为活动主题,运用有效的质量管理工具进行主题选定、课题明确化、目标设定、方策拟定及最适方策追究、方策的实施与检讨、效果确认及标准化。结果通过优化指导教师队伍、优化师生匹配促进师生沟通和建立过程管控完善最终考核三大方策群组的实施,设定的4个目标值均圆满完成。结论构建以科室为保障、以教师为主导、以学生为中心的论文实训模式,不仅可以满足教学需求,优化教学流程,提高教学质量,而且可以推广至其他院校及其他专业的本科实践教学领域。

Objective To construct practical training mode of graduation thesis of Medical Laboratory Technology major by the activity mode of Quality Control Circle.Methods Standard teaching Quality Control Circle was constructed,and“constructing practical training mode of graduation thesis of Medical Laboratory Technology major”was set as the theme of activity.Effective quality control tools were used to select the theme,confirm the topic,set the goal,formulate the strategies,search the optimal strategy,implement and review the strategy,and confirm the effect and standardization.Results By optimizing the teachers’team,optimizing the matching between teachers and students to promote the communication between teachers and students,and establishing the process control,the implementation of three policy groups of the final assessment has been improved,and the four goals have been successfully completed.Conclusion The practical training mode of graduation thesis,which is guaranteed by department,led by teacher,and centers on students,can not only satisfy the teaching requirements,optimize the teaching process and improve the teaching quality,but also be extended to the undergraduate practice teaching field of other colleges and majors.
