“医育融合”视角下高职院校婴幼儿托育服务教育SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Infant Childcare Service Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of“Integration of Medicine and Education”

摘要 当前我国婴幼儿托育正快速发展,但存在托育行业尚未成熟,校企合作不足;课程体系较为零散,师资力量薄弱;地域发展服务失衡,实训尚不完善等问题。因此本研究采用SWOT分析法,对中国高职院校目前开展婴幼儿托育服务教育的优势、劣势以及面临的机会和威胁辩证分析。并提出对策,如加大政策引导,高校纵深推进三全育人,统整课程体系,活用教学方式,多举措扩展教师队伍,增强高素质师资力量,完善人才培养体系,增强学生照护能力,加大社会宣传力度,因地制宜建构中国特色的婴幼儿托育服务教育,为婴幼儿健康照护在我国的发展提供借鉴。 At present,infant childcare is developing rapidly in China,but the industry is not mature,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises is insufficient.The curriculum system is scattered and the teacher resources are weak.In addition,regional development service remains imbalanced,and training is imperfect.Therefore,this study adopts SWOT method to conduct dialectical analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of infant childcare service education in higher vocational colleges in China.Besides,the following countermeasures,such as strengthening policy guidance,promoting three comprehensive education profoundly in colleges and universities,integrating curriculum system,applying teaching methods flexibly,expanding the team of teachers with various measures,enhancing teacher resources with high-quality,improving talent training system,boosting students’care-giving ability,strengthening social publicity,and constructing infant childcare service education with Chinese characteristics according to circumstances,are proposed,so as to provide reference to the development of the healthy childcare service of infants in China.
