山西省关帝山国有林管理局真武山林场辽东栎种子特性

Seed Characteristics of Quercus Liaotungensis in Zhenwushan Forest Farm of National Forest Administration Bureau of Guandi Mountain in Shanxi Province

在山西省关帝山国有林管理局真武山林场采集成熟的辽东栎种子,通过测定辽东栎种子重量、虫蛀率、淀粉含量及发芽情况,研究其种子特性。结果表明,真武山林场辽东栎种子的单粒重平均为0.24 g~2.07 g,十粒重平均为8.17 g,百粒重平均为86.56 g。种子虫蛀现象严重,虫蛀率为49.6%,其中,蛀孔数1个、蛀孔位于下部的种子最多。种子淀粉含量为12.99%,低于北京地区的辽东栎种子。完整种子的发芽率为3.13%,发芽势为12.5%,发芽指数为0.25,发芽情况较差。

Mature Quercus liaotungensis seeds were collected from Zhenwushan Forest Farm of National Forest Administration Bureau of Guandi Mountain in Shanxi Province.The seed characteristics were studied by measuring the weight,insect infestation,starch content and germination situation of Quercus liaotungensis seeds.The results showed that the single seed weight of Quercus liaotungensis in Zhenwushan Forest Farm was 0.24 g~2.07 g,with an average weight of 8.17 g for ten seeds and 86.56 g for one hundred seeds.The phenomenon of seed boredom was severe,with a boredom rate of 49.6%.Among them,the number of seeds with one borehole and the borehole located at the bottom was the most.The starch content of the seeds was 12.99%,lower than that of Quercus liaotungensis seeds in Beijing.The seed germination situation was poor which the germination rate of complete seed was 3.13%,its germination potential was 12.5%and its germination index was 0.25.
