海上边际油田主电站选型关键技术分析

摘要 海上平台主电站选型主要是燃气透平发电机组和单燃料、双燃料、原油往复式发电机组,前期的设备投资、后期的维护保养量大,停机维修频繁。根据边际油田开发特点,本文针对主电站配置规模、燃料、电负荷等方面进行分析,结合不同选型如发电机组单机功率和初始投资、尺寸重量、技术成熟度等因素,优选出依托距离较远的边际小油田主电站方案。研究表明对依托距离较远且有伴生气的油田可采用微透平自发电,节省远距离依托海缆。针对边际油田无人平台微透平主电站黑启动系统、燃料气处理系统、智能化进行方案设计,确保边际油田的供电安全。 The main types of offshore platform power stations are gas turbine generator sets and single fuel,dual fuel,and crude oil reciprocating generator sets.The equipment investment in the early stage and maintenance in the later stage are large,and the shutdown and maintenance are frequent.Based on the characteristics of marginal oil field development,an analysis is conducted on the configuration scale,fuel,electrical load,and other aspects of the main power station.Taking into account factors such as the individual power and initial investment of different types of generator units,size and weight,and technological maturity,a plan is selected to rely on the main power station of small marginal oil fields with relatively long distances.Research has shown that micro turbines can be used to generate electricity from oil fields that rely on distant and associated gas,saving long-distance reliance on submarine cables.Design solutions for the micro turbine black start system,fuel gas processing system,and intelligence of unmanned platforms in marginal oil fields to ensure the power supply safety of marginal oil fields.
