基于专利计量的浙江省量子信息技术分析

摘要 以量子计算、量子通信和量子精密测量为代表的量子信息技术,是抢占未来竞争优势的颠覆性技术之一,已成为各国构建未来产业竞争力,维护国家技术主权的重要方向之一,浙江省于近年来也制定了相关政策,支持量子信息技术发展,加快布局一批包括量子信息在内的未来产业先导区。本文基于专利文献计量方法,对浙江省量子信息技术的发明专利进行分析,目前浙江省的量子信息技术仍处于初级发展阶段,需要进一步完善顶层设计,加强基础研究,加快引育高端人才,营造量子信息技术发展良好的创新环境。 Quantum information technology,represented by quantum computation,quantum communication and quantum precision measurement,is one of the disruptive technologies to seize the competitive advantage in the future.It has become one of the important directions for countries to build future industrial competitiveness and safeguard national technological sovereignty.In recent years,Zhejiang province has also formulated relevant policies to support the development of quantum information technology and accelerate the layout of a batch of future industrial pilot areas,including quantum information.Based on the patent bibliometric,this paper analyzes the invention patents of quantum information technology in Zhejiang province,the development of quantum information technology in Zhejiang province is still in the primary stage.It is necessary to further improve the top-level design,strengthen basic research,accelerate the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents,and create a good innovation environment for the development of quantum information technology.
