腹膜透析患者的腹膜转运特征及变化与远期预后相关性的研究进展

摘要 在全球范围内,目前接受肾脏替代治疗(KRT)的终末期肾病患者(ESRD)中选择腹膜透析(PD)治疗的约占11%~15%[1]。PD是ESRD患者主要的肾脏代替治疗方式之一。其原理是利用机体自身腹膜可以弥散、渗透的半渗透膜的特性,进行水和溶质的转运,从而起到纠正水电解质平衡紊乱和消除体内毒性物质的效果。PD是一种居家就可以进行的肾脏替代疗法,其使用简单且易于掌握,近些年来发展迅速[2]。
