摘要
高校教师专业发展水平直接关乎高校教育教学质量。当前,高校教师专业发展存在主动性不够、内生动力不足等问题。自我领导有利于促进高校教师专业发展。研究自我领导理论并将其应用于高校教师专业发展的价值、过程和策略,并结合具体案例对其应用进行分析,以期解决当前高校教师专业发展中存在的问题,促进高校教师专业发展目标实现,提升他们的专业发展水平,推动我国高等教育高质量发展。
The professional development level of university teachers is directly related to the quality of higher education and teaching.Currently,there are issues with the lack of initiative and endogenous motivation in the professional development of university teachers.Self leadership is beneficial for promoting the professional development of university teachers.Researching the value,process,and strategies of applying the theory of self leadership to the professional development of university teachers,and analyzing its application through specific cases,in order to solve current problems in the professional development of university teachers,promote the achievement of professional development goals,enhance their professional development level,and promote the high-quality development of higher education in China.
