新文科背景下文科硕士复合型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Model of Master of Arts Compound Talents under the New Liberal Arts

摘要 文科硕士是研究生中人数比例较大的群体,但是来自单一学科背景的文科人才不能满足国家发展战略的需求。因此,如何助力文科转向中国话语体系主导之下、培养新时代更具中国特色的复合型文科人才已成为当下重要问题。当前我国在培养文科类硕士过程中仍存在一些问题,如学生价值观念薄弱、课程融合不深、教学方式雷同、评估体系单一等。为此,可从强化思想引领、学科交叉融合、革新教学技术、多方协同育人等方面为培养文科硕士复合型人才提出建议。以期对人才培养具有积极的借鉴意义,也能为其他专业人才培养的改革发展提供参考。 Humanities master's students constitute a large proportion of graduate students.However,humanities talents from single-disciplinary backgrounds cannot meet the strategic needs of national development.Therefore,it has become an important issue to explore how to assist humanities disciplines in shifting towards a discourse system dominated by Chinese characteristics and cultivate interdisciplinary humanities talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Currently,there are still some issues in the process of cultivating humanities master's students in China,such as weak student values,shallow curriculum integration,homogeneous teaching methods,and a single evaluation system.Therefore,suggestions for cultivating interdisciplinary talents among humanities master's students can be proposed from aspects such as strengthening ideological guidance,integrating interdisciplinary studies,innovating teaching technologies,and fostering collaborative efforts from various parties.This study aims to provide positive reference value for talent cultivation and to offer insights for the reform and development of talent cultivation in other disciplines.
