摘要
构建浸润式育人模式的音乐书院,有利于提升学生多学科文化素养,培养具有创新性思维的音乐学复合应用型人才。“新文科”建设给予音乐学与其他学科深度交叉融合的契机。文章分析我国古代书院的音乐教育情况和现代高校书院建设现状,提出高校音乐书院浸润式育人模式需要创新新文科特色课程体系、打造“双师”并行队伍、构建浸润式多学科融合育人环境、完善全员参与的质量保障体系。
The construction of“New liberal arts”provides an opportunity for the deep integration of musicology and other disciplines.The article analyzes the music education in China’s ancient academies,and the current situation of modern university academies.It elaborates that the immersive education model of university music academies requires innovative new liberal arts characteristic curriculum systems,the creation of a“dual teacher”parallel teaching team,the construction of an immersive multi disciplinary integrated education environment,and the improvement of a quality assurance system for full participation.
