高性能光伏电缆绝缘料的制备及性能分析

摘要 为获得综合性能优异的光伏电缆绝缘料,以聚乙烯(PE)为基材,采用共混工艺将PE、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、阻燃剂和填料进行熔融共混制备出一种光伏电缆绝缘料,并与选取的5种市售光伏电缆绝缘料进行了组织结构表征和性能对比分析。结果表明:该绝缘料的熔融指数为0.89 g/(10 min),拉伸强度和平均断裂伸长率分别为11.1 MPa和364%,体积电阻率高达2.08×10^(13)Ω·m。相比于所选取的5种市售光伏电缆绝缘料,制备得到的绝缘料各项性能均较为优异,具有广阔的实际应用前景。 In order to obtain photovoltaic cable insulation materials with excellent comprehensive performance, polyethylene(PE) was used as the substrate, and a blending process was used to melt and blend PE, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA), flame retardant, and filler to prepare a photovoltaic cable insulation material. The microstructure characterization and performance comparison analysis were carried out with five selected commercial photovoltaic cable insulation materials. The results show that the melting index of the insulation material is 0.89 g/(10 min), the tensile strength and average elongation at break are 11.1 MPa and 364% respectively, and the volume resistivity is as high as 2.08×10^(13) Ω·m. Compared to the five selected commercial photovoltaic cable insulation materials, the prepared insulation materials have excellent performance in all aspects and have broad practical application prospects.
