新型合成轨枕与木枕材料性能对比

摘要 聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕作为新型轨枕已经在铁路特殊路段替代木枕并取得良好的使用效果,但目前仍缺少对合成轨枕和木枕综合性能测试对比数据,使得合成轨枕的推广仍存在一定阻力。依据CJ/T 399-2012 《聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕》对合成轨枕和木枕进行各项性能对比测试。结果表明:合成轨枕的各项测试结果均满足标准要求且高于木枕;合成轨枕中的高强度玻璃纤维保证了轨枕的强度、弹性和疲劳性能,循环加载200万次后未发生破坏;合成轨枕所用树脂和玻璃纤维本身具有良好绝缘性和阻燃性,使得其表面电阻率比未注油木枕高4个数量级。 As a new type of sleeper, synthetic sleeper of fiber-reinforced foamed urethane has shown good effect in replacing timber sleeper on special railway lines. However, there is still a lack of comprehensive performance test between synthetic sleeper and timber sleeper, which makes the promotion of synthetic sleeper difficult. According to CJ/T 399-2012 synthetic sleeper of fiber-reinforced foamed urethane;the performance of synthetic sleeper and timber sleeper was tested and compared. The results show that synthetic sleeper meets the standard and higher than timber sleeper. The high strength glass fiber ensures the strength, elasticity and fatigue performance of the synthetic sleeper, and no damage occurs after 2 million cycles of loading. The resin and glass fiber used in the synthetic sleeper have good insulation and flame retardance, making its surface resistivity 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of the unoiled timber sleeper.
