随着经济的发展,人民对于物质生活以及精神生活的追求越来越高,而餐饮环境与公民的物质与精神生活息息相关,人们对于餐饮环境的要求不再局限于以往的功能性标准,人们在就餐过程当中更加追求精神上的享受,为此做好餐饮空间设计工作显得尤为必要;同时随着民族意识越来越强,中国传统文化的浓厚底蕴受到人民的认可和欣赏,在餐饮空间设计当中引入传统文化元素是市场需求的变化要求,也是弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化的必然选择,传统文化元素也给予了餐饮空间设计师更多的灵感来源,为餐饮空间设计艺术感的强化提供了创作素材;为此本文在阐述传统文化元素内涵的基础上,分析传统文化元素在餐饮空间设计当中应用的不足之处,提出有效的应用策略来做好传统文化元素在餐饮空间设计当中的应用。

With the development of the economy,people's pursuit of material and spiritual life is getting higher and higher,the catering environment is closely related to the material and spiritual life of citizens,people's requirements for the catering environment are no longer limited to the previous functional standards,people pursue more spiritual enjoyment in the dining process,therefore,it is particularly necessary to do a good job of catering space design;at the same time,with the stronger and stronger national consciousness,the rich heritage of Chinese traditional culture is recognized and appreciated by the people,the introduction of traditional cultural elements in the catering space design is the changing requirement of the market demand,it is also an inevitable choice to carry forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation,traditional cultural elements also give more inspiration to catering space designers,to strengthen the catering space design sense of art to provide creative materials;on the basis of explaining the connotation of traditional cultural elements,analyzing the shortcomings of the application of traditional cultural elements in the catering space design,put forward an effective application strategy to improve the application of traditional cultural elements in the design of catering space.
