基于全寿命周期内经济收益最大化的退役电池储能容量配置方法研究

摘要 为实现新型电力系统内退役电池梯次利用最大化,段对进行容量配置优化。首先提出基于雨流计数法和等效循环寿命法的退役电池寿命评估方法,然后基于削峰填谷的应用场景提出一种退役电池全寿命周期储能系统容量配置方法,其综合考虑到低储高放收益、碳减排收益、延缓电网升级收益、初始投资成本以及运行维护成本等因素,并采用粒子群算法求解。最后由算例结果得出结论,该容量配置方法既能有效提高退役电池储能系统的经济收益,又延长了储能系统寿命。 With the vigorous development of new energy vehicles,a large number of batteries will be retired to participate in the new power system in the future.In order to maximize the economic benefits of the cascade utilization of retired batteries,it is necessary to optimize the capacity configuration of the retired battery energy storage system.This article first proposes a retired battery life assessment method based on the rain flow counting method and the equivalent cycle life method,Then,based on the application scenario of peak shaving and valley filling,a capacity configuration method for the full life cycle energy storage system of retired batteries is proposed,which comprehensively considers factors such as low storage and high discharge benefits,carbon emission reduction benefits,delayed grid upgrade benefits,initial investment costs,and operation and maintenance costs,and uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,based on the results of the example,it can be concluded that this capacity configuration method can not only improve the economic benefits of retired battery energy storage systems,but also extend the lifespan of retired battery energy storage systems.
