摘要
文章研究基于无线传感器网络的变电站设备在线监测与数据分析技术,旨在提高监测效率和故障诊断的准确性。通过概述无线传感器网络的基本概念和特点,设计基于无线传感器网络的变电站设备在线监测系统的总体架构,探讨传感器类型、数据采集与传输方法、以及系统的可靠性和安全性,并研究数据预处理、存储与管理、特征提取与降维以及故障诊断模型的建立方法。结合应用案例,验证该系统的有效性。通过文章的研究,以期为变电站设备的在线监测与故障诊断提供一种高效、可靠的技术方案。
The article studies the online monitoring and data analysis technology of substation equipment based on wireless sensor networks,aiming to improve the monitoring efficiency and the accuracy of fault diagnosis.By outlining the basic concepts and characteristics of wireless sensor networks,it designs the overall architecture of the online monitoring system for substation equipment based on wireless sensor networks,discusses the sensor types,data acquisition and transmission methods,as well as the reliability and safety of the system,and investigates the methods of data preprocessing,storage and management,feature extraction and dimensionality reduction,as well as the establishment of fault diagnosis models.The effectiveness of the system is verified by combining with application cases.Through the research of the article,we aim to provide an efficient and reliable technical solution for online monitoring and fault diagnosis of substation equipment.
