芳香植物主效成分与多功效利用研究进展

摘要 解析了常见芳香植物的主效成分,阐明了芳香成分中萜类、苯环结构芳香族类、脂肪酸类等化合物的香气特征,药用成分中酚酸类、黄酮类和萜烯类等物质的药用功效,色素成分中类黄酮和类胡萝卜素等物质的呈色特征;总结了芳香植物所含精油、色素、抗氧化成分3类主要活性物质提取方式的优缺点;分析了芳香植物多功效成分及其残渣在医药、化妆品、食品等领域的利用前景,提出了存在的主要问题及研究建议,为芳香植物高值化利用提供新思路。 In this paper,the main active components of common aromatic plants were analyzed,the aroma characteristics of terpenoids,aromatic family of benzene ring structure and fatty acids in aromatic components,the medicinal efficacy of phenolic acids,flavonoids and terpenes in medicinal components,and the color characteristics of flavonoids and carotenoids in pigment components were clarified;The advantages/disadvantages of extraction methods of the three main active substances including essential oils,pigments and antioxidants in aromatic plants were summarized;Further the utilization prospects of aromatic plant multifunctional components and residues in the fields of medical/medicinal use,cosmetics and food were analyzed.The main problems and research suggestions are put forward,providing new ideas for the high-value utilization of aromatic plants.
