桐油微胶囊的制备及其自修复性能

摘要 采用吐温-20作为乳化剂成功合成以桐油为芯材、脲醛树脂为壁材的微胶囊;研究了乳化剂的含量、乳化转速和芯壁比对微胶囊表面形貌、粒径、壁厚和芯材含量的影响。最后,将微胶囊添加至环氧涂层进行红外、热稳定性、自愈性、电化学、附着力、耐水性测试,实验结果表明涂层表现出良好的自愈性能和耐水性;同时通过电化学分析发现,在添加质量分数10%微胶囊的环氧涂层的损伤区域,桐油在氧气的作用下聚合形成新的保护膜,表现出良好的物理阻隔性能。 With the continuous development of self-healing intelligent functional materials, microencapsulated self-healing materials have received increasing attention in many fields. In this study, Tween-20 was used as an emulsifier to successfully synthesize microcapsules with tung oil as the core material and urea-formaldehyde resin as the wall material, and the effects of varying the emulsifier content, emulsification speed and core-to-wall ratio on the surface morphology, particle size, wall thickness and core content of the microcapsules were studied. Finally, the microcapsules were added to the epoxy coatings. The resulting coatings showed good self-healing properties and water resistance. Electrochemical analysis showed that the tung oil polymerized under the action of oxygen to form a new protective film in the damaged area of the epoxy coating with 10 wt.% microcapsules, resulting in good physical barrier properties.
