Xi Jinping's important exposition on the youth work of the Communist Party of China is an important content and organic part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,which contains the ideological methods and working methods of dialectical thinking,strategic thinking,historical thinking and systematic thinking.It provides scientific methodological guidance for us to fully understand the role of youth,guide youth development and innovate youth work.By inheriting and developing the Marxist youth view,General Secretary Xi Jinping fully draw on the philosophical ideas of excellent traditional Chinese culture,combine with one's own youth work experience,and comprehensively apply the methodology of historical materialism and dialectical materialism.It has formed four thinking methods:to treat youth scientifically with dialectical thinking,to guide youth to become talented with strategic thinking,to educate youth aspiration with historical thinking and to carry out youth work with systematic thinking,which embodies the core content of Xi Jinping's important thought on youth work.
