摘要
本文探讨了机械厂数字化转型的路径,聚焦于安全化和提质增效两大领域。首先,针对安全挑战,探讨了使用智能监控系统、开展预测性维护、实现虚拟现实和增强现实、建立有效协作和沟通方式等策略,以提高员工的安全和降低事故风险。其次,对于质量挑战,详细研究了数据驱动的质量管理、数字双胞胎和虚拟原型技术、可视化生产管理以及绿色和可持续生产方法,以提高产品质量和生产效率。数字化转型为机械厂提供了新的工具和方法,以适应数字时代的需求,提高了企业的竞争力和可持续性。
This paper discusses the path of digital transformation of machinery plants,focusing on two major areas:safety and quality improvement.First,in response to safety challenges,strategies such as the use of intelligent monitoring systems,predictive maintenance,virtual and augmented reality,and effective ways to collaborate and communicate are explored to improve employee safety and reduce the risk of accidents.Secondly,for quality challenges,data-driven quality management,digital twins and virtual prototyping technologies,visual production management,and green and sustainable production methods are studied in detail to improve product quality and production efficiency.Digital transformation provides machinery plants with new tools and methods to adapt to the demands of the digital age,increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises.
