摘要
罐车气瓶作为一种储存和运输压缩气体的重要设备,其安全性能对人员和环境安全至关重要。本文以材料强度与耐久性为切入点,对罐车气瓶的安全性能进行评估与关键技术研究。通过对材料的选择与优化、结构设计改进、防腐蚀技术应用、安全阀和泄压装置优化等关键技术进行探讨,旨在提高罐车气瓶的安全性能和耐久性,为其设计和制造提供技术支持。
As an important device for storing and transporting compressed gases,the safety performance of tanker gas cylinders is critical to both personnel and environmental safety.This paper evaluates the safety performance of tanker gas cylinders and studies key technologies from the perspective of material strength and durability.By discussing key technologies such as material selection and optimization,structural design improvements,anti-corrosion technology applications,and the optimization of safety valves and pressure relief devices,the paper aims to enhance the safety performance and durability of tanker gas cylinders,providing technical support for their design and manufacturing.
