人工智能技术的蓬勃发展为科研管理模式变革带来新的契机,本文在分析了现有科研管理模式面向人工智能转型过程中面临的3个主要问题的基础上,对基于人工智能的科研管理新范式展开探讨,并从政策体系的建立、科研管理人员的培养以及隐私安全和科技伦理等方面为促进人工智能赋能科研管理等提出相关对策建议。

The booming development of artificial intelligence technology brings new opportunities for the change of research management mode,this paper analyses the three main problems faced by the existing research management mode in the process of transitioning to artificial intelligence,discusses the new paradigm of research management based on artificial intelligence,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of AI-enabled research management in terms of the establishment of a policy system,the cultivation of scientific research management personnel,as well as privacy,security and scientific and technological ethics.management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
