In order to implement the"14th Five-Year Plan"of the National Energy Group,firmly adhere to the direction of digital transformation,and deeply implement the development strategy of digital transformation,the coal management company relies on the safe and efficient integrated operation advantages of production,transportation,and sales of the National Energy Group and the industry-leading quality control system to optimize the shipping schedule management platform of the logistics coordination and transportation system(TSW)and establish a new direct flow management platform.It decomposes the production and operation plans into weekly overall planning,optimizes the shipping schedule management platform,integrates the sales department completion status report and the mobile application of the planning management platform,interfaces between TSW and railway dispatch systems,strengthens effective control over plan execution,enhances collaboration among various business segments,forms a complete closed-loop management system,innovates transportation and control modes,improves the level of intelligent transportation,and achieves good application results.
