面向高质量发展的产业园区空间转型发展策略研究——以闽清经济开发区例

Research on Spatial Transformation Development Strategy of Industrial Parks for High-Quality Development:A Case of Minqing Economic Development Zone

党的二十大以来,我国经济和城市发展已经逐步由高速增长阶段向高质量发展阶段迈进,高质量发展成为推进中国式现代化的重要任务。进入新发展阶段,产业集聚、空间集中、用地集约、产城融合成为产业园区高质量发展的重要要求。文章以闽清经济开发区为研究对象,深入剖析工业园区现状突出问题,包括产业集聚不足、产业用地低效、产城融合薄弱问题,同步提出产业园区低效空间转型升级的策略及建议。

Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s economic and urban development has gradually moved from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and high-quality development has become an important task to promote Chinese modernization.Entering a new era,industrial agglomeration,spatial concentration,land intensification,and industry-city integration have become important requirements for the high-quality development of industrial parks.This paper takes Minqing Economic Development Zone as the research object,and deeply analyzes the prominent problems in the current situation of industrial parks,including insufficient spatial agglomeration,inefficient idle land use,and separation of industry and city,and so on.At the same time,the strategies and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of inefficient space in industrial parks are proposed.
