摘要
深入研究城市生活公共服务设施的便利性,对于提升城市整体服务质量和居民生活水平具有深远的意义。而一些老旧小区建筑物建于数十年前,当时并未考虑到现代化公共服务设施的需要和标准,随着时间的推移,这些小区的公共服务设施逐渐无法满足居民的需求。文章以湘潭城区的老旧小区为研究对象,以生活圈理念为指导,基于各类公共服务设施的POI数据,运用核密度分析法和网络分析方法,从分布特征、相关性分析、公共服务设施覆盖率及公共服务设施达标率四个方面进行现状评价,评价结果表明:不同类型的公共服务设施在空间布局上表现出一定的差异,与老旧小区的密度分布存在较高的相关性,其对应服务半径范围内的覆盖率和达标率存在较大差异。基于此,提出老旧小区公共服务设施配置优化建议,为老旧小区更新工作和城市公共服务设施规划提供参考依据。
The paper conducts in-depth research on the convenience of public service facilities in urban life,which has far-reaching significance for improving the overall service quality of cities and the residents’living standards.Some buildings in the old residential areas were built decades ago without taking into account the needs and standards of modern public service facilities,and over time,the public service facilities in these residential areas have gradually failed to meet the needs of residents.Based on the POI data of various public service facilities and guided by the concept of living circle,this paper takes the old residential areas in Xiangtan urban area as the research objects,and evaluates the current situation from four aspects of distribution characteristics,correlation analysis,coverage rate of public service facilities and standard attainment rate of public service facilities with kernel density analysis method and network analysis method.The evaluation results show that different types of public service facilities show certain differences in spatial layout,which is highly correlated with the density distribution of old residential areas,and the coverage rate and standard attainment rate within the corresponding service radius are greatly different.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the allocation of public service facilities in old residential areas,which can provide a reference for the renovation of old residential areas and the planning of urban public service facilities.
