摘要
商业经济的发展促使集销中心向规模大型化和功能复合化的方向转变,这种变化在强化集销中心集聚效应、增强其市场竞争力的同时,也形成了建筑内部空间的复杂化和业态组合的多样化,这对集销中心实现整体商业价值的最大化提出了更高的要求。文章从集销中心的使用者主体和建筑空间客体入手,对四个典型集销中心空间的可意向性展开研究。探讨在商业需求下的集销中心建筑空间功能组织模式,从而改善集销中心的商业均好性,实现商业利益的最大化。
The development of commercial economy has led to the transformation of wholesale centers towards large scale and functional diversification.This change not only strengthens the agglomeration effect of the wholesale centers and enhances its market competitiveness,but also forms the complexity in the internal space of the building and the diversification of the business combination,which puts higher requirements for the maximization of the overall commercial value of the wholesale centers.This paper studies the intentionality of four typical wholesale center spaces from the perspective of the user group and architectural space.The paper explores the spatial functional organization modes of the wholesale centers under commercial requirements in order to improve the commercial uniformity of wholesale centers,thus achieving the maximization of commercial benefits.
