摘要
某医院急诊楼需要进行节能改造,为了提高设计方案的科学性,研究过程利用BIM技术进行相应的工程管理。在改造前阶段、方案设计阶段和方案评价阶段,利用PKPM-Energy软件建立模型,分析能耗控制的薄弱点、保温材料的节能效果及改造方案的整体节能率。结果显示,通过引入BIM技术,有效地改造了原建筑物的外墙、屋面、外窗及照明系统,大幅降低了建筑能耗。
The emergency center of a certain hospital needs to undergo energy-saving renovation.In order to improve the scientificity of the design scheme,the research process uses BIM technology for corresponding engineering management.Before the renovation,during the scheme design phase,and during the scheme evaluation phase,PKPM Energy software is used to establish a model to analyze the weak points of energy consumption control,the energy-saving effect of insulation materials,and the overall energy-saving rate of the renovation plan.The results showed that by introducing BIM technology,the exterior walls,roofs,windows,and lighting systems of the original building were effectively renovated,significantly reducing building energy consumption.
