摘要
为有效缩短船坞周期,加快船舶建造速度,提高中间产品质量和完整性,以某典型船舶的集控室为研究对象,开展集控室模块整体吊装研究。通过有限元计算软件分析总段搭载过程中结构的位移与应力变化情况,经过设计和计算的迭代优化,保证集控室整体吊装工艺设计的安全性和可行性。在此基础上,提出一种有效且科学的集控室模块吊装工艺方案。研究成果可为船舶集控室完整性吊装的提升工作提供一定参考。
In order to effectively shorten the dock cycle,accelerate ship construction speed,improve the quality and integrity of intermediate products,a study is conducted on the overall lifting of control room modules in a typical ship's central control room.By using finite element calculation software to analyze the displacement and stress changes of the structure during the assembly process,and through iterative optimization of design and calculation,the safety and feasibility of the overall lifting process design of the control room are ensured.On this basis,an effective and scientific lifting process plan for central control room modules is proposed.The research results can provide some references for the improvement of the integrity lifting of ship control rooms.
