摘要
为预测燃料罐内壁面和气体温度变化,基于某3600车液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)动力汽车运输船(Pure Car Truck Carrier,PCTC)首制船燃料罐,采用ASPENHYSYS软件建立压力式燃料罐冷却动态模型,对LNG冷却和液氮冷却两种方案的工艺流程进行对比分析,得到两种工艺下燃料罐温度和舱内LNG气体含量变化规律以及冷却降温时间/介质的耗量情况。结果表明:两种方案总费用接近,但LNG冷却方案的操作时间较短,综合成本更低。研究成果可为LNG动力船燃料加注过程模拟提供一定参考。
To predict changes in the inner wall and gas temperature of fuel tanks,based on a 3600 vehicle pure car truck carrier(PCTC)powered by liquefied natural gas(LNG),a dynamic model of pressure type fuel tank cooling is established by ASPEN HYSYS software.The process flow of LNG cooling and liquid nitrogen cooling are compared and analyzed,and the changes in fuel tank temperature and LNG gas content in the tank,as well as the cooling time/medium consumption,are obtained under the two processes.The results show that the total cost of the two schemes is similar,but the LNG cooling scheme has a shorter operating time and lower overall cost.The research results can provide some references for simulating the refueling process of LNG powered ships.
