摘要
在综合考量耕地生态正、负面价值的基础上,以生态服务价值当量因子法和替代市场法估算生态价值,并结合改进的生态足迹模型,实现耕地生态补偿的量化。结果表明,从耕地生态价值看,徐州市耕地生态正面价值、负面价值均呈“快速上涨”到“平缓下降”的趋势。耕地生态正面价值均远超其负面价值,为负面价值的3.24~6.44倍;从耕地生态足迹和生态补偿情况看,徐州市耕地生态承载力呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势,而耕地生态足迹始终下降趋势,耕地补偿价值呈先上升后下降的趋势。
On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the positive and negative ecological values of cultivated land,the ecological service value equivalent factor method and alternative market method were used to estimate the ecological value,and combined with an improved ecological footprint model,the quantification of ecological compensation for cultivated land was achieved.The results showed that from the perspective of ecological value of cultivated land,the ecological positive value and negative value of cultivated land in Xuzhou City showed a trend of“rapid increase”to“gradual decrease”.The positive ecological value of cultivated land far exceeded its negative value,accounting for 3.24-6.44 times the negative value.From the perspective of ecological footprint and compensation of cultivated land,the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land in Xuzhou City showed a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing.However,the ecological footprint of cultivated land had always been decreasing,and the compensation value of cultivated land showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
