PDCA循环在医院感染管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of PDCA Cycle in Hospital Infection Manage⁃ment

目的研究戴明环(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)在医院感染管理中的应用。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月接受常规管理的兰山区妇幼保健院31名医务人员为对照组。选取2022年1月—2023年12月接受PDCA循环管理的本院31名医务人员为观察组。两组为同一批医务人员。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组医院感染预防考核评分、管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组规范操作情况、管理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环可强化院感预防能力,提升管理质量,确保医务人员规范操作,且能提升管理满意度。

Objective To study the application of Deming cycle(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)in hospital infection management.Methods 31 medical staff of Lanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital who received routine management from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group.The 31 medical staff of our hospital who received PDCA cycle management from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The two groups were the same medical staff.Compared the management effect of the two groups.Results The hospital infection prevention assessment score and management quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Observation group standardized operation situation,management satisfaction was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle can strengthen the ability of hospital infection prevention,improve the quality of management,ensure that medical staff standardized operation,and can improve the management satisfaction.
