护理风险管理对普外科护理管理质量的提升评价

Nursing Risk Management to Improve the Quality of General Surgery Nursing Management Evaluation

目的探究在普外科护理管理中应用护理风险管理对管理质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月罗田县人民医院普外科15名在职护理人员为研究对象,对照组(2022年1—12月)应用常规管理方案,观察组(2023年1—12月)应用护理风险管理模式,两组为同一批护理人员。对比两组管理质量、风险防控水平、服务质量。结果观察组病房环境评分(96.12±3.05)分、护理操作评分(97.61±2.23)分、健康服务评分(98.46±1.15)分、医疗质量评分(98.06±1.72)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组风险意识、风险防控态度及风险控制行为评分分别为(97.21±2.51)分、(98.89±1.29)分及(97.96±2.21)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组服务态度评分为(97.39±2.02)分,护理技能评分为(96.85±2.84)分,沟通技巧评分为(97.07±2.56)分,业务水平评分为(98.94±1.41)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院普外科护理管理工作当中应用护理风险管理模式,可以提高护理人员的服务质量以及管理质量。

Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management on the quality of general surgery nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,fifteen on-the-job nurses in the general surgery department of Luotian County People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.The control group(January to December 2022)was applied to the conventional management scheme,and the observation group(January to December 2023)was applied to the nursing risk management model.The two groups were the same group of nurses.The management quality,risk prevention and control level and service quality of the two groups were compared.Results Ward environment score was 96.12±3.05,nursing operation score was 97.61±2.23,health service score was 98.46±1.15 and medical quality score was 98.06±1.72 in observation group,which were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of risk awareness,risk prevention and control attitude and risk control behavior in the observation group were 97.21±2.51,98.89±1.29 and 97.96±2.21,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,nursing skill,communication skill and professional skill in the observation group were 97.39±2.02,96.85±2.84,97.07±2.56 and 98.94±1.41,all of which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management model in hospital general surgery nursing management can improve the service quality and management quality of nursing staff.
