摘要
目的分析基于影像归档和通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)网络数据库结合微课在妇产科超声诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—6月在新疆石河子大学第一附属医院超声医学科实习的32名医学影像学专业本科生纳入传统教学组,选取2020年7—12月在本院实习的32名医学影像学专业本科生纳入PACS系统+微课组。比较两组学生考试成绩、评判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果PACS系统+微课组学生考试成绩、评判性思维能力评分、教学满意度高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于PACS系统网络数据库结合微课在妇产科超声诊断学教学中应用,可提高学生考试成绩及批判思维能力,提升教学质量,利于提高学生对教学的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)-based network database combined with microlecture in the teaching of diagnostic ultrasonography in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Thirty-two undergraduate medical imaging students who were interned in the Department of Ultrasonography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Shihezi University from January to June 2020 were selected to be included in the traditional teaching group.Thirty-two undergraduate medical imaging students who were interned in our hospital from July to December 2020 were selected to be included in the PACS system+microlecture group.Exam scores,critical thinking skills and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The students'examination scores,critical thinking ability scores,and teaching satisfaction in the PACS system+microlecture group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PACS system-based network database combined with microlecture in the teaching of diagnostic ultrasonography in obstetrics and gynecology can improve students'examination results and critical thinking ability,enhance the quality of teaching,and facilitate the improvement of students'satisfaction with teaching.
