目标管理带教模式在药学专业实习生中的运用效果

摘要 目的分析目标管理带教模式在药学专业实习生中的运用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月衡阳市中心医院接收的药学专业实习生27名为研究对象,开展常规带教模式,设为参照组。选取2023年1—12月本院接收的药学专业实习生27名为研究对象,开展目标管理带教模式,设为分析组。比较两组药学专业测评结果、教学质量。结果分析组药学专业测评分数高于参照组,教学质量优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将目标管理带教模式用于药学专业实习生教学中,可提高实习生药学专业素养,提升教学质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of using the target management teaching model in pharmacy professional interns.Methods Twenty-seven pharmacy professional interns received by Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects to carry out the conventional teaching mode and were set as the reference group.The 27 pharmacy professional interns received by the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects to carry out the target management teaching mode,and were set as the analysis group.Compared the two groups of pharmacy professional assessment results,teaching quality.Results The scores of the pharmacy professional assessment in the analysis group were higher than those of the reference group,and the quality of teaching was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The target management teaching model used in the teaching of pharmacy professional interns can improve the professional quality of interns in pharmacy and enhance the quality of teaching.
