摘要
目的探讨将问题式教学法运用于检验科临床带教的应用价值与效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在兰陵县神山中心卫生院检验科实习的70名实习生为研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,各35名。其中,对照组以常规方式带教,而干预组给予问题式教学法进行带教,评估并对比两组带教效果。结果干预组理论知识和实际操作技能测试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预组对于教学的满意度评分以及批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将问题式带教方法运用到检验科实际带教中,不仅能够提升实习生的理论知识,而且还能强化他们的实际操作能力,对于这种实践带教方法,实习生的认同感、满意度高,有助于提高学生的批判性思维水平。
Objective To explore the application value and effect of problem-based teaching method in clinical teaching.Methods A total of seventy interns in the clinical laboratory of Lanling County Shenshan Central Health Center from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-five interns in each group.The control group was taught in the conventional way,while the intervention group was taught in the problem-based teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skill of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Applying the problem-based teaching method to the practical teaching in the laboratory can not only improve the theoretical knowledge of interns,but also strengthen their practical operation ability.Interns have a high sense of identification and satisfaction with this practical teaching method,and it is helpful to improve the level of critical thinking of students.
