SPOC联合多维度教学模式在中医内科临床教学中的效果研究

摘要 目的探析小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)联合多维度教学模式在中医内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月在费县费城街道卫生院中医内科实习的90名实习生作为研究对象,采用数字1∶1分配法分成常规组和研究组,各45名。常规组开展传统教学模式,研究组开展SPOC联合多维度教学模式。比较两组实习生教学满意度、综合出科成绩、实习生评判性思维能力评分。结果研究组的实习生教学满意度高于常规组(97.78%vs 82.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。研究组综合出科成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组评判性思维能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在中医内科临床教学中实施SPOC联合多维度教学模式可锻炼实习生思维能力,提高教学效果,实习生满意度高。 Objective To explore the effect of small private limited online course(SPOC)combined with multi-dimensional teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese Medicine internal medicine.Methods A total of ninety interns in the internal medicine Department of Internal Medicine of Chinese Medicine in Feixian County Feicheng Street Health Center from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the conventional group and the research group with forty-five interns in each group using the 1∶1 distribution method.The conventional group carried out the traditional teaching mode,and the research group carried out the SPOC combined multi-dimensional teaching mode.The two groups of interns were compared in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive grades and evaluation thinking ability.Results The teaching satisfaction of interns in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group(97.78%vs 82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of SPOC combined multi-dimensional teaching mode in the clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can exercise the thinking ability of interns,improve the teaching effect,and the satisfaction of interns is high.
