强化公共卫生管理在传染病预防中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effectiveness of Enhanced Public Health Man⁃agement on Infectious Disease Prevention

目的探究强化公共卫生管理在传染病预防中的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月周村区青年路街道社区卫生服务中心47名在职工作人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2021年1—12月)和管理后(2022年1—12月),管理前执行常规管理模式,管理后执行强化公共卫生管理模式,对比管理前后工作人员职业倦怠、传染病防控能力以及职业生命质量。结果管理后工作人员职业倦怠感评分显著优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后工作人员在传染病防控能力评分、职业生命质量评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务中心对于传染病预防应用强化公共卫生管理模式,可显著提高工作人员职业倦怠、提高传染病防控能力、强化职业生命质量。

Objective To explore the effect of enhanced public health management in infectious disease prevention.Methods Forty-seven working staff members of Zhoucun District Youth Road Street Community Health Center were selected from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study objects.According to the different time,they were recorded as pre-management(from January to December 2021)and post-management(from January to December 2022),and the routine management mode was implemented before management,and the enhanced public health management mode was implemented after management,the staff's burnout,infectious disease prevention and control ability,and the quality of occupational life before and after management were compared.Results Staff burnout scores after management was significantly better than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Staff's scores on infectious disease prevention and control ability and occupational quality of life after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced public health management model for infectious disease prevention in community health centers can significantly improve staff burnout,improve infectious disease prevention and control ability,and strengthen the quality of occupational life.
