医院医疗设备管理中实施预防性维护的价值研究

A Study on the Value of Implementing Preventive Maintenance in Hospital Medical Equipment Management

目的探究使用预防性维护在医院医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月北京市丰台中西医结合医院工作人员30名,医疗设备100台参与研究。2022年1—12月实施常规维护模式为对照组,2023年1—12月实施预防性维护模式为研究组。比较不同管理模式下管理质量评分、质量管理效果、工作人员对管理模式的满意度。结果研究组管理质量评分高于对照组,质量管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论在医院医疗设备管理中开展预防性维护效果显著,能减少设备故障发生率,提高管理质量。

Objective To explore the application value of using preventive maintenance in hospital medical equipment management.Methods 30 staff members of Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and 100 sets of medical equipment were selected from January 2022 to December 2023 to participate in the study.The implementation of routine maintenance mode from January to December 2022 was the control group,and the implementation of preventive maintenance mode from January to December 2023 was the study group.Comparison of management quality scores,quality management effects,and staff satisfaction with management modes in different management modes.Results The management quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the quality management effect was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out preventive maintenance in medical equipment management in hospitals has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of equipment failure and improve the quality of management.
