摘要
在国家电网“两型一化”发展战略引领下,提出了一种新型全装配式钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)户内变电站结构,该结构由全装配式RC框架结构和分布式连接全装配RC楼盖(discretely connected precast RC floor,DCPCF)组成。介绍了新型全装配式RC户内变电站结构数值分析方法,分析了某220 kV全装配式RC变电站配电装置楼地震响应规律,并与同型现浇结构进行了对比分析。结果表明:全装配式变电站满足抗震设计规范要求,结构安全可靠;全装配式变电站受由楼盖参与的高阶振型影响较大,设计时需考虑更多振型的参与;与同型现浇结构相比,在双向水平地震作用下,全装配式RC变电站整体结构的楼盖发生了较大的平面内变形,进而使得二者的地震响应存在较大差异;对结构大开洞楼层进行了楼板应力补充分析,发现DCPCF的应力小于现浇楼盖,结构的不规则布置使部分连接件所在区域出现应力集中,建议对楼板应力集中区域采取加强措施。研究结果可为全装配式变电站建筑结构的研究和应用提供参考。
Under the requirement of“Resource-conserving,environment-friendly and industrialization”of the State Grid,this article proposes a new building structure of untopped precast reinforced concrete(RC)indoor substation,consisting of precast RC frame and discretely connected precast RC floor(DCPCF).The modeling method used in the building structure of untopped precast RC indoor substation is presented,and the seismic response law of the distribution plant building of 220 kV untopped precast RC indoor substation is analyzed.The simulation results of the precast structure and the same type of cast-in-place structure are compared.The results indicate that the untopped precast RC indoor substation building meets seismic design code requirements,and the structural safety is reliable.The high-order vibration mode has a significant impact on the untopped precast RC substation buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to consider more vibration modes in the design of such structures.During bidirectional horizontal earthquake excitation,the precast RC floor with discrete connections exhibited substantial in-plane deformation,which led to the seismic response of this structure having a significant difference compared to its cast-in-place structure.In addition,stress analysis has been conducted on large opening parts of the floor.It has been observed that discretely connected precast RC floor exhibit lower stress levels compared to those of cast-in-place floor.The irregular arrangement of the structure engenders the presence of weak areas where some of the connections are located,therefore,it is recommended that reinforcing measures be taken in these vulnerable regions.The research findings have the potential to serve as a valuable reference for the study and application of untopped precast RC indoor substations.
