摘要
考虑三瓣波滚道波形,推导了三瓣波滚道圆柱滚子轴承径向游隙及其内部预载荷的计算方法,并以某三瓣波滚道圆柱滚子轴承为例,计算了轴承径向游隙并分析了预载荷分布情况以及外滚道波形值、基圆径向游隙对轴承预载荷的影响,结果表明:轴承最大预载荷随着外滚道波形值增大而增大,随着基圆径向游隙增大而减小,说明可以通过外滚道波形值和基圆径向游隙控制轴承最大预载荷。
Considering the waveform of trilobe raceways,a calculation method is derived for radial clearance and internal preload of cylindrical roller bearings with trilobe raceways.Taking a cylindrical roller bearing with trilobe raceway as an example,the distribution of radial clearance and preload of the bearing is calculated,and the effects of waveform value of outer raceway and radial clearance of base circle on preload of the bearing are analyzed.The results show that the maximum preload of the bearing increases with the increase of waveform value of outer raceway and decreases with the increase of radial clearance of base circle,indicating that the maximum preload of the bearing can be controlled by waveform value of outer raceway and radial clearance of base circle.
