针织结构温度传感器设计及其性能

摘要 针对可穿戴式温度传感器穿着舒适性差、传感均匀度低的问题,设计一种柔软、透气的针织结构传感器来测量人体皮肤表面温度。选取织物组织、添纱密度、添纱行数3个因素,各因素依次设计为纬平、1+1罗纹、2+1罗纹、满针罗纹组织,全添纱、1隔1添纱、1隔3添纱,6、12、18、24、30添纱行数来设计正交试验。利用提花添纱编织技术,设计并织造了25种规格的针织结构传感器,测试了温度变化过程中织物电阻的变化,采用多指标极差法分析试样的线性度和灵敏度。结果表明:添纱行数与织物组织分别对传感器的线性度和灵敏度影响最大,并因此得到线性度与添纱行数、灵敏度与织物组织的函数模型;其最佳的织物参数组合为1+1罗纹组织、1隔3添纱、添纱30行。 Given at the problems of poor wearing comfort and low sensing uniformity of wearable temperature sensors,a soft and breathable knitted structure sensor was designed to measure the surface temperature of human skin.Three factors of fabric structure,plating density and number of plating rows were selected.Each factor was designed as weft plain,1+1 rib,2+1 rib,full needle rib,full plating,1 interval 1 plating,1 interval 3 plating,6,12,18,24,30 plating rows to design orthogonal test.25 kinds of knitted structure sensors were designed and woven by using jacquard yarn-adding weaving technology.The change of fabric resistance during temperature change was tested.The linearity and sensitivity of the samples were analyzed by multi-index range method.The results show that the number of plating rows and fabric structure has the greatest influence on the linearity and sensitivity of the sensor,respectively.Therefore,the functional models of linearity and plating rows,sensitivity and fabric structure are obtained.The best combination of fabric parameters is 1+1 rib weave,1+3 plating,and 30 rows of plating.
